Post Your Doors!

Andy, I wonder what is behind that door? - Nude Visions?

Whups, err, while not a door, I've posted this, A WINDOW!! - it is next to a door.

Is it allowed in this thread?

It remains a massive horseshoe. A nice piece of the old art.

Peter
Peter, I think it is an absolutely fantastic piece of mid-19th century design.
I have to add that when I showed it to a photographer friend (who works in these buildings), she immediately said that the thing she liked most about the pictue was that the blue on the sign standing in the foreground is echoed in the bag the walker is carrying between to the two portals.
I had not noticed this; I guess it means that I have to try harder when appraising photographs, especially my own!
Cheers!
Andy

In front of this door, many tourist groups in Prague stand for a long time. But the door itself often remains overlooked. It is located uder the famous Old Town Astronomical Clock. Sometimes, some of the tourists are, mostly incidentally, photographed with it, not knowing where it leads to... ;-)

A shabby door in Deal, Kent.

(The shot WAS level - just the door itself was a little crooked! Focusing could have been better I'll admit  )

Time for another door? :)
Topic seems relevant at least...perhaps I should go and see what goes on inside!

from the street lamp.

This is really an 'ex' door. I think they were frightened of flooding, as when it is stormy, the waves come across the road and up to the house.
I found it amusing that although the door has turned into a window, the gates, inner door and the doorbell remain...nice touches! :)
