All-in-all I find this a useful tool because of its compactness and the fact that it's environmentally-sealed. I'm a bit disappointed that image quality of scene and landscape shots is lacking detail and sharpness, but it's nice to have a fairly versatile camera always at hand without worrying about dirt or water. And for the 250$ I paid (after four months on the market already gone down to 200$...), it's decent value.
I do very minor PP in Picasa - usually sharpening or cropping.
