The complete series (56 photos) you can see on my website: http://www.genster.nl/2011ev/2012/Woudrichem/woudrichem.html

While the shots are interesting and pleasing, I suppose the situation is not too encouraging - are these floods a major disaster, or is this something usual for the winter?
In any case, #5 I like the most...nice perspective!

Thanks for your comments quester :D
By the heavy rains of the recent weeks the water is higher than usual (indeed).

Oh my.......such quality! Never mind the subject matter and composition and POV. the processing, the sharpness, the cleanliness of the b/w tones is marvellous..

hi Genster ... i will say also - "A Stunning Set All " especially love the tones in image 7 - the precision of image 8 and super angle of image 5 :D .... am also happy to see that there are many bridges and boats ;)

be well , Kort .

:)

Genster, what a fantastic set of pictures... I confess you (and I'm saying it truly) I'm not able to pick one among the others. All have that "touch" that make them unique... I love the way you use the black and white and it's tone. Thank you to share.

An excellent set of pictures - great work indeed! My favourite is no. 6 - just something about the formation of the birds - particularly the ones on the top left. Splendid composition in all pictures, and the use of B&W goes really well with the cloudy, flooding, rainy environment.

Genster, a superb set!
I love #1, but then those afterwards are stunning also...very very good composition and processing...
Andy

Its a lovely set Genster, its just like we went along with you.
The EXIF shows the A12, can I assume this is the "28mm" A12?
The BW rendering is very nice.

Thanks.

Can you share how these were processed?

Well, I love to keep it simple :D
Just a red filter and a little bit of extra contrast.

Genster,

Did you use an actual red filter on the camera or a digital red filter setting? Either way they are great photos to my eye.

I opted for the easy way, digital
