Hello everybody. Hope you stay cool, whatever it means ( in my childhoods Poland we used to say for a goodbye "trzymaj sie cieplo", meaning stay warm.
I can see there`s not so much traffic on our Ricoh site. Must be winter hibernation. Goes for me too. Recently we had a spell of cold in Kopenhagen and a a bit of snowfall, which is right now melting away in front of me eyes.
As you know Ricohs forte has always been B/W oict and what`s the better scenery for B/W then winterscapes. So I decided to break this winter inactivity spell by contributing with some snaps. Nothing special but still better nothing special then nothing. Trzymajcie sie cieplo,Stanislaw

Thanks a lot guys for appreciation. Richard, nr.1 was shot with Tele-Elmar 135/4 v.1 at f:4 . It`s my longest just in case lens on trips. A bit tricky to focus at middle distances, otherwise optically super, center and edges. Handling wise no match for 8 frame/sec autofocus Olympus M-1 or Nikon D machines.

As has been mentioned previously on the forum, there is no such thing as "nothing special" on an international forum as this. Beautiful views of non-ordinary landscapes, for at least some of us....
Especially like the first one, and the covered statues.

Firma Riocoh nas lekko olewa, ale my, wierni pretorianianie, kochamy ich koncept i tak będziemy trzymać. Nie ważne megapixele, nie ważne najnowsze modele. Jeżeli człowiek kocha foticzkować, każdy sprzęt da radę, a szczególnie ten który najlepiej leży w łapie.

Living only few dozens of kilometres from Polish border, I can read (though not speak much) Polish. This however should not be a problem for anyone nowadays in this era of internet, online translators, etc.
This winter is quite strange here so far for bringing us only some snow in the start of December, then long time nothing, then a little snow previous week, but it all is gone now again.
