Where to buy the GRDIV

Ricoh HK says they won't get deliveries till November. I can't wait that long. I know B&H is taking preorders. Where would you recommend buying from?
 
B&H is pretty much beyond reproach.
I ordered my GRD IV from them- I wonder if it will arrived before the GXR M-mount .

I got by GRDIII from Adorama - again no problems.

However if you want the IV quickly - maybe local is better : there is no way of knowing how oversubscribed the first shipments are now with the big stores.
 
Does anyone know if some countries tend to get them first and some later? (Major countries with distributors, not obscure places in the South Pacific)

I seem to recall we got the GRD III quite early here in AU, but price won't be sharp here. The GRD III was a small extra $$'s over other countries. They" (importers/retailers) here seem to add a premium because of our low population I am guessing.
