Nice photos -- I like #5 most!
BTW: People are sitting outside and drink coffee -- and we have snow, cold, rain, and storm... But spring and summer will come!
Best regards, Gerd
#2 for the lad caught in mid air
#4 for the angle of view, and I am a sucker for anything with lighthouses
#5 for the old time feel, lots of interesting detail, the placement of the tree, and I am a sucker for anything with lighthouses
Thank you all for looking and thanks for the kind words.
looking at the photos coming from Europe, showing all that snow you have there, it is hard to believe we are only few hours of flight and yet have such a beautiful sunny day here. On the other hand, we do suffer from a severe shortage of water .
Hi Roni,
realy great pictures. Reminds me of my time in Tel Aviv, when i was young, in my sweet little flat in Ramat Aviv , every day on the bus to Jaffa for a nice hour at my most beloved coffee bar at the Jaffa harbour. So, i just love all the pictures and no`3 + 5 touching me. Thank`s.........
Hi Roni,
don`t be surprised, i`ll take your supply. It was not Ramat Gan ( my mistake ), it was Ramat Aviv near the university and the name of the street is ( was ? ) "Tzimchai ha yehudim no`6", something like " the flowers of the jews" i believe. My Iwrit was never good. So if you someday in the area of the University and a Ricoh camera is in your hands, feel free to look for this very small and very strange street. I lived there for about 15 month ( not bad for a goy.... )
....15 month is quite some time! I know the street. 5-10 min drive from my home. I will try to go through there this weekend. It is a small street, almost sure it is still the same, not much changed.
great thing, i am already a bit excited about a picture from there. It was a very important and very happy time for me. If you have a chance, look for House no` 6.
