Hi Miguel, I like the photo it makes me feel that I am in the room being cooled. 
But since you have placed this pick in the " Guess what it is " thread & since you have told us that it is a vintage fan I figure that you want us to guess what it is actually being used for. Not so??. OK, well then, my guess is that it is not actually used for cooling purposes but for chassing away mosquitos Sir, you have a real skill at reflecting movement in you photos. v. interesting. Give my congrats to the guy who actually maintains this " Mosquito expeller " - it needs some sanding and varnishing on the wooden part.
