Various Streetpics from Dharmsala...

You have my admiration. I have the deepest respect for shooters that draw the most from their gear and process. You use the 50 unlike many others. Your images are really about seeing the 50mm FOV.
Very enjoyable set. Thanks...don

indeed, great series!!
can i ask how you create a picture like nr 2?
is it a trick with the camera or with software?

A wonderful set of images, meditate. Great display of people and culture. A feast for the eyes. Thank you. :)

Excellent set of pictures, very well done, very interesting and, much more important, extremely beautiful. My deepest congratulations and thanks to share with us.

All hail a master of the "nifty fifty". These are simply wonderful. The 50 coupled with your fantastic eye for the shot is a brilliant combo.

No.6....the DOF, lighting and detail is just incredible! My fave'.

The Dharmsala series is very beautiful - I especially enjoyed #6. There are a lot of elements there that mesh together : the lovely (and excellently executed) play of light and shadow on the face; the dark and white lines on the shirt and the lines on the closed shop on the left ; the angle of the second floor balcony paralleled to the man's gaze; even the satellite dish that points up in the left hand corner. All subtle but working together.
Above all, the beauty in all the photos of each person's countenance - this is what people shooting should be about, in my opinion.

WOW! Another two brilliant shots! I like them both very much. The boy's face is very striking in the first, and the pic is great in B&W. The second pic is very beautiful with natural colouring and great composition. Well done indeed ;) .
