Thusday it rained, but I still found a little colour on the promenade in Hastings.

Hey Richard, when I started to see the photograph open up on screen it showed it square for a split second and I thought WOW, but then the true size of the pic opened up and I saw the ad-space on the right and it kind of spoilt the image for me.
I think this image works so much better with the ad-space cropped out. The tones are wonderful and I like the tone effect.

I, in contrary, like the effect of colored posters in sepia toned photo. But on the other hand, this photo can easily be split into two images

I agree here, I really think there could be two versions of this photo, one with the adverts and one without. I think I tend to like the image as it is here just a bit more :? . Richard and pauly you have both raised the quality of the images on this forum, well done.. YET again.

Its jus' that Peter Pan keeps grabbin' my attention away from the pier, sky and they're fantastic tones. Its like its tryin' to be two photos in one, a fine art photo and a documentary one.
