Hi David,
I had in mind that the figure would represent the circles and cycles of human life and death, as the living tree in the background compliments the dead tree stump front left.
I see that this story is incomplete in the picture, as only I know it is a cemetry; this is not altogether obvious from the image.
One of these days I will take the perfect photograph; but this is not it!
