You should be able to find and download my spreadsheet showing some specimen set up configurations for the GRDIII from here (it is similar but not the same):

I made an altered one specifically for the GXR which is somewhere on the site as well, I will have a look for it, but Pavel might have to help.
This serves several purposes - it gives some starting settings that I made - maybe not the most wonderful ones. But it also shows just how many settings can actually be adjusted. There are even a few in there that are not in the regular menu. They also don't actually come out in exactly the same order as the regular menu order. I have also cross referenced the various settings that can be adjusted to the instructions in the manual (page references).
I have moved on a bit since these spreadsheets were created and Ricoh has also put out updated firmware.
Must revisit the one day.
If I find the link to the GXR version I will make another post.
