Hello all

Here are a few from South Gare in Redcar & Cleveland , Its used for small fishing boats on the River Tees , The river Tees is the third biggest in Europe .

Its also better known as " Paddys Hole "

Hope you like these ones from my Nikon D90 and 24-85mm Nikon F2.8-4 Lense .

I particularily like #1 Sally. The large 'puff' of smoke or steam adds a little dynamism to the otherwise tranquil scene and raises questions which holds my eye and longer on the topic.
I also love the back lighting and the soft sparkle on the water...

Sally,

Great photos [as always!] I'm drawn to shot #3 for the rich colour & reflection.

Although liking colour photography more usually, I vote for the almost monochromatic #1 this time for the composition, light, and atmosphere.
Sally, it was quick with the D90, congratulations to a new acquisition - in case you bought it and not borrowed. :)

Yeah +1 for me here. My eye was immediatly drawn to that puff, my first thought was it was a cloud that was drifing silently by.
