These are good! You've really had to push the ISO up and open the aperture and still cope with a slow shutter speed and I think the results are great. Are these hand held? Did you take them as RAW or JPEG. Keen to learn.

Thanks for the kind comments.

Yes, these are all handheld. Every quarter, the town in which I live has a outdoor Friday thing and the crowds are on the streets, massing in squares, near concerts, vendor stalls and artist exhibits. No chance for lugging along and setting up any tripod, monopod or G-pod.

And being lazy, I have not yet resorted to taking pictures in RAW. Hope to do that soon.

Will post some more from last night taken in Bleach Bypass.

Thanks - I'm still a JPEG shooter too - hours in front of a computer screen is not my idea of a hobby. You have a very steady hand. Care to share where in the world you are - sounds like an exciting place.

and I'm not sure if it's my steady hand or the new IS in the GRD IV. :D
