Simple Chinese dinner

This is the simple but a favorite chinese dinner of ours....brinjals, cooked with mince meat and vege...and chicken cutlets cooked in curry sauce with onions..

Droooooling...... one thing I really miss from China! And I cannot find real Chinese food in Portugal... damn!
