Looks like a wonderful time on your vacation Genster! Wonderful shots of Greece. I was there in Rhodes in June but did not stay in Rhodes.

Genster, this is a beautiful presentation. You did a great job with the photos and I absolutely love the frames.
It adds to the family slideshow feeling.

My wife says that these are what photography is about and not the stuff I find on the street.

Welcome back Genster (we missed you), and thank you for your frames (+1). They display your beautiful images in your inimitable style!.......great stuff. :D

It is great to have you back, Genster, and also your work and frames as Marcus pointed out appropriately. :)
Having a small vacation, too, while watching your photos.

Thanks Peter, and have a nice vacation :D

Hi Genster,

Good to see you back, I thought you had disappeared for a bit.
Nice of you to take us on holidays. The GXR 28 and P10 would be a great travel combo.
How did you find the kit, did it get all the images done you wanted?

How is the Greek economy from the word on the street?

Thank you Tim.
With this combination, I had enough to make the desired photos. Usually the A12 and occasionally the P10. Sometimes it is nice if you can zoom.

Of the poor economy, I noticed nothing. I think they make these months, at the "holiday islands", good money.
Some things I found extremely expensive (the cost of petrol for the rental car for example).

They were mostly very friendly people.

Very evocative pictures Genster, they are very nice an give the feeling of the vacation... And the 'greek' frames make the rest! :D

Thank you Gab. Much appreciated!

Genster,
nice comparisons you post. Brings back warm memories from yester-year in Greece. Only had the GX100 back then and remember how hard the contrast was to hadel. I think you have done an amazing job with both lenses (though I confess to a slight bias towards the A12 28mm unit).
All the best,
Andy

Thanks again Andy
(I also have a preference for the A12) :D
