Ricoh is about to lay off 10% of it's employees

Ricoh is a large company that makes a lot of different products. What I read is that Ricoh is taking advantage of the earthquake situation to trim some fat that needed to go anyway. They will probably also prune their product line, but I doubt this effects the camera group. They don't have a wide range of camera products and each one appears to be successful. But it might mean that those silly GXR contraptions may not see the light of day. Fine by me.
