Well at least from adorama. Availability of Ricoh in the states was never fantastic. Does not mean that Ricoh has or will discontinue the GXR.

Apart from that I'm still happy with using my GXR kit.

It's probably finished. Too bad.
If they upgraded the M Mount module (A16 maybe, or FF?) and added a decent video mode with manual controls I would have been so happy... Now I think I won't be buying any new gear from Ricoh anytime soon.
I can't believe they abandoned the lensor concept. Especially since nowadays the reviews for pretty much all camera's are showing their interest and mentioning the importance of how well a "lens and it's sensor" are combined.

Well, it is now September and I just bought one on the 26th with the A12 28/2.5 for a good deal. I am in Singapore BTW.
