Hi everyone! My name is Narcís and I’ve been an amateur photographer since 1987. My experience with Ricoh goes back about 15 years, when I owned a Caplio GX100 that gave me excellent results.
About two months ago, I traded in my Canon "L-series" lenses at MPB for a GR IIIx. The camera I received was practically brand new, with only about 600 shutter actuations. I immediately updated it to the latest firmware version. I took it on atrip to Paris and was blown away—it’s a fantastic camera, and I’m truly in love with it.
However, I’m now having some issues. After being on for a few minutes, the camera freezes, the rear LED starts flashing, and it starts taking photos on its own without me pressing the shutter button. The On/Off switch stops not responding, so I can't turn the camera off. The only way to stop it is to pull the batteryout, put it back in, and restart.
I’ve already tried:
Thanks a lot!

I’ve already tried:
- Different settings and configurations.
- Different memory cards.
- Different batteries.
- A full factory reset.
Thanks a lot!
