Ricoh GF-1 & universal TTL cable & Sigma DP3 Merrill

Hi to all,

for those, who are interested. I've checked the Ricoh GF-1 flash directly connected my new Sigma DP3 Merrill camera. The flash is reacting well in every camera regimes (A, S, P, M). Even the Flash works well, when its set up on every regimes (not slave) - Auto & manual.

Then I've checked connect the Flash via Micnova cable (Universal TTL). It works again in every regimes and on all presets. BUT definitly it doesn't work in flash TTL regime.

Valid for my both cameras, GXR and Merrill:
The best for my purposes is the best to set both the Ricoh flash and the cameras to manual regime. Try several shoots "per blind" to set the right exposure. I'm useing the exposure warning. I'm not happy with the TTL regime, because in aperture priority on my GXR it still gives back too long times as shooting without flash.
