Just to clarify : My granny must remain mobile.
Is there plans afoot to ban mobility scooters?

From what I can read it's cost related I guess. There is a proposal to share Taxis instead of using an (expensive) electrical wheelchair. At the end it's about money and the group of persons which have no lobby have to suffer.......

Great shots, but I would have made them in b&w, grain and more contrast......

There is a proposal to save on the costs of share taxis, (electrical) wheelchairs etc. And above a certain income level, so is the proposal, nothing will be paid at all

Spectacular set Genster! I agree with Phil - it does look like a professional photojournalist's work . I Google translated the Dutch signs so I could find out what the protest was about, and I must say - I find this 'austerity resolution' rather disturbing.

My favourite being the lady in the final image ... she retains a large smile in a situation of extreme unpleasantness .
It is a great shame than an idea that was supposed to assist us all in making decision that we trust to be fair and true - expects us to continue our loyalty when like a wild scavenger it seeks the vunerable as it's first and easiest prey .
