Night Time Lapse

Ok here we go again.

I made a short time lapse at night a couple of months ago with my GX-100.

F 2.4
ISO 400
interval 1.25 min
Frames per second: 12

You can appreciate some purple artifacts on top left corner. I notice that lowering the ISO made them disappear.
I wold had loved to make it longer but it took me about an hour making the long exposures (+dark frame). I was limitated by the battery life.

I like it. It has a distinct atmosphere - perhaps more dangerous that climbing mountains .

What program do you use to covert from jpeg to video?

Just Quicktime pro on Mac (File> Open Image Sequence). I did no post processing. Maybe a bit of noise reduction would help...

Damb, I'm teetering on a Windows platform. I use NDrW JpgVideo & clean it all up in VirtualDub-1.9.9.
VirtualDub is awsome free software.
