Good bike image Genster, what kind of foldup do you ride?
A chap at my work is recommending this - http://www.dahon.com/bikes/2011/vector-x27h

Thanks Tim :D

That Vector X27h looks really spectacular!
I have a (simple) 3-speed Dahon Vitesse: http://www.dahon.com/bikes/2009/vitesse-d3d7hg

My dealer was able to buy this aluminum Vitesse for a petty low price, because his actually bought party of –cheaper- bikes, was lost by a fire at the Dahon factory. So I could buy this one for a very good price. Unfortunately the folding size is too large for most modern trains (here). If I knew that sooner I probably bought a –more expensive- Brompton. The Bromptons folding size is much better (but the wheels are smaller). The choice IMO would be depend on the ration of cycle time and the time you spent in the train...
Good luck with your choice (If you are planning to buy one).

Edit:
This is my Dahon:
