As a new Ricoh user (from the Pentax camp) I am having a lot of fun with this setup. I have found a great camera system that complements my Pentax DSLR setup perfectly.
This is my friend Rachael who kindly posed for me, kinda difficult not to take a poor picture of such a beautiful woman :)

Hey Weiner

The grey granite of Aberdeen makes the cold east wind even colder, somehow...flew out of Dyce on 1st December and just escaped the wintery blast(s) which followed. Back in February 1978 I worked in Aberdeen harbour on a quay project; -10°C and seriously strong winds from the Northeast. I had a Norwegian Elkhound back then (a seriously well equiped for winter dog) who dug her toes into the carpet and utterly refused to budge oudoors...mind you, I was getting paid to go, she not! ;)
Safe journey home,
Andy

Hehe Now thats a smart dog. Yeh there is something quite vicious about that Scandinavian winds and the horizontal rain LOL ALthough i must admit it is OK weather for this time of year but looking forward to getting Stateside this week. Gonna go on vacation on Friday so looking to really test out my new camera system over the Xmas/New Year period

BTW a big dog fan, so expect me to post loads of puppy dog pics LOL

Seems that the Ricoh community is a cool bunch of folk

A really very good set. You mastered already the manual focusing with the mf-lenses. Great job!
Enjoy your holydays!
