My first GR1 photos

I recently bought an GR1, but am not (yet) satisfied with the result. Many photos are too light
Film: Ilford FP4 Plus 125 (B&W) and the negatives are scanned with an Epson Perfection V600 Photo.

Thank you for reminding us, how well one can get along with a roll of film. Very clear-cut compositions. Some more of these and I won't be able to resist digging out my rusty Mamyia.

I feel your 'sheep in the wood' shot has amazing potential! Love it! It really has soul...

PS the images are really great! A tiny bit more contrast perhaps, but there again I am not totally sure about this...

I think these photos are good for film. Some may of benefited from a yellow filter for the sky detail.
It does have that FP4 feel.

I like most #3. Nice calm scenery.
Some of the shots lack white and their overall contrast is quite low (like #2). Is it caused by scanning/in computer processing, or do the original photos look this way, too?

You are right Peter and the original photos (negatives) are this way unfortunately
