As I did not find suitable category, I am posting this photo here. The lighting was poor, the subject was dark, tripod not allowed. I used 400 ISO and some negative exposure compensation. Filtered with Noiseware and slightly desaturated.

I think you have done really well under difficult circumstances...very nice.
