lizard attacks Ricoh GX100 ;)

Now with sequental shooting and CA-1 I had the opportunity how a lizard climbed on the GX100. He stayed on the camera just for a minute and layed in the sun.
The pictures are reduced for showing all the movement. Of course, near the camera, the focus was very wrong. I gave 1s to every picture, of course lizard was much quicker.

A warm black body, I would say!
Saw a lizard in Scotland in May...the first I have seen in many years!
Nice to know they are still around...

Cute, inquisitive creature! We don't have a shortage of lizards here - heaps of the smaller ghecko variety scuttling about near where you walk. A few blue-tongue lizards also, not to mention the goannas in the bushier areas, and countless other varieties I don't know the names of.

:D Thank you Wiener for having broken the ice! I thought people here don't like at all lizards, as the 2 lizardposts before also had no comments. Here are quite much lizards, but not so exotic as Genster shows. Didn't know that Holland has such colorful lizards!
So you know the difference between little gheckos and lizards, Athena? I don't know, but often with the bigger lizards, I notice prickles besides the head like I saw on pictures with gheckos.

I send one picture before camera was attacked in better quality. (the second foto)
In all this fotographing I am faszinated by the details, which make me enter in a new world. On the first picture of a green lezard, you can see, how he/she is loosing the peel.
