Here's a great resource - http://www.claudiok.de/flickr/linkr.php - Linkr allows you to pull up your (or anyone elses) flickr images, select the one you want to post and it will generate the code neccesary to get a good post in this phpBB forum. For example this saintly image of my wife. I just selected it in Linkr and then copied and pasted the code into this topic. Easy peasy.

This caveat on the Linkr page - "Remember! Flickr Terms of Service specify that if you post a Flickr photo on an external website, the photo must link back to its photo page." So by using the Linkr method you are following the Terms of Service.
You can customize how the images are linked, what size etc. e.g. this image is a sq. thumbnail linking to a larger image

Finally, you can also customize the Linkr URL so that it always points to your images, or someone elses.
