A very good start, if I might say so! What camera/lens were you using? The lighting on the hand/glass and the refections in the doorway all add up to a great image which indirectly tells an interesting story.

+1 for me, the eye goes straight from the drinker to those in the reflection. Either a clever shot or lucky grab.

Only some minor adjustments:

slightly increase exposure
slightly increase the level of the shadow zone
reduce exposure in highlights
and
slightly increase the focus (I think sometimes that adjustment abuse)
