Nice photo :)

During WW2, German bomber pilots were told NOT to bomb Lichfield cathedral. It's the only cathedral in England with 3 spires, and could serve as a landmark if any bombers lost their way.

The three spires are known as 'ladies of the vale'.

I haven't photographed inside the Cathedral for many years, I must take a few snaps :D
