JANUARY - 2013 - GLASS

This scene caught my eye one early morning when the sun was shining through our wooden blinds. I've always enjoyed decorating with our empty wine bottles and this was a challenge/test shot for a newcomer to the world of photography. Taken in Texas.

To be a little clearer, power went out at 8 this morning ( over 45 knots of wind) and with it our net connection except what is available through the iphone. We have a standby generator because power outages are not rare around here. So I could power up my mac and use LR 4 but then I needed to figure out how to get the photo onto the iphone, which is possible. Then as you may know iphones are designed for tiny fingers but you can make corrections. If anybody wants me to repost with thephoto with exif data I will be glad to do so.

ooooh, gonna be a hard one this month....one of the hardest. A lot revolved around glasses with varying amounts of drink within. Ricoh owners are a sociable lot eh?
