Thanks for the comments. I did not use a polarizing filter. The long exposure seems to let you see "into" the water better. The blurriness(?) of the underwater rocks is due to the visual distortion caused by the small waves . Now I need to find some watefalls, although its so dry around here there may not be any water going over them.

This is an excellent shot... I bought the ND filters for my GRD III but I had only few shots until now since I left them in Italy. As soon as I will go back I have to test them more deeply. You did really a great job!

Indeed a great shot. I've looked into nd filters for my GRD, but it seems quality costs ! And special order too. However great shots like this do give me GAS !
