Here are some rusting work boats I passed on a sunday walk recently. It is hard to believe that I had not spotted them before as they are a very short distance from my home. However, the GX100 is not the best at high contrast scenes though shooting RAW has helped a little. What I think I need is a new camera and a return visit! :D
Andy
PS I see I am still shooting ISO 250...but this is ISO 80 for sure!

Some of the shots do not look like ISO 80 (the first one in particular). Unless the grain is an artificial post-processing work.

The first one is definitely unexpectedly noisy for ISO80? I like the color photos this time, because of the color variations of the rust ;) I like also the R0035317.jpg for its composition.

Andy,

Great set of photo's [as always :D ] I also like the colour & composition in image #3.

Any more?

I like the 35317 photograph. Plenty to see in the image.
Yes, I think I like this one best myself!
And the boat in the image is a real beauty in its own way...a chunky work-horse, but it has lines and curves that make you think of...well...Italy! :D
Or does my imagination run to far! lol

Andy,

Image 321 looks fine to me not too dark at all.

Wonder if it would make a good sepia image?

David
