help to download from ricoh

Can somebody help me with downloading beautiful pictures from my ricoh caplio rr30 camera???
I lost cd with software and I don't know what to use now to download pictures from my camera.

The best option seems to be removing the flash card from your camera and use the flash card reader to copy the files from card to PC. This is probably the easiest way. Using "camera to PC" cable is often the slowest and most cumbersome way of copying the files

Findit, did you manage to download your pictures from your camera?
Do let us know if you still find problem doing the task. If you don't have a card reader,
go get one and just slot the SD card in.
