Nice colours! What program do you use? Maybe we can help you some with size, compression etc.

Thank you for your answer. I use Photoshop Elements 6. I think this is not a very good programm. But i don`t know wich one is better, particular when i take pictures in RAW format. Any help would be great.
Thanks again

Markus

Elements is a good program but unfortunately (in my opinion) it has a somewhat quirky interface. I don't know if this works in your version but let's give it a try :)

With a picture open choose Image > Resize > Image Size.

In this dialog first make sure the Resample option is ticked.

Then in the Resoultion make sure that pixels/inch is the unit. It should then say 72, If not change it to 72.

In Width choose pixels as unit and then change it to 1024 for landscape pictures or 800 for a portrait. These values are just for example. 1024 comes from that this used to be the maximum screen resolutions back in the dark ages ;)

Close the dialog by clicking ok. Now in File choose Save as and in this dialog choose jpg.

Now here I need help too. I can't remember (someone else know?) if another dialog now comes up (like in Photoshop) where you can choose the compression on a scale. In photoshop it's from 1-12. Place it at 10 if possible as a start.

Well, it's a start. Does it work for you :?:
