GRX M filming

Hi everybody. Talking about GRX A12 I have a question to forum or Ricoh themselfs. It´s about film mode. The manual says close to nothing except: press the button and hope for best.
Q 1. How`s exposure control done. Is it by AUTO ISO, shutter speed or both? Shifting ISO thus introducing the grain would be no go. So it looks like shutter speed control which is very uncinematic. You all know it`s 1/50sec in film industry, the higher the shutter speed the more strobing.
Q 2. Why there.`s no info on actual ISO when filming. Focus aid in form of peaking 1 would be extremally helpfull too.
All in all, it looks like film mode was added just to have it.
I have a suggestion, Ricoh-san, which I stubornly keep on with. Please make FULL HD m-unit with just 16:9 format and 2M. No more no less. Low light pixels. Let us choose the speed, 1/50 for 24p and 25p is must. We have Leitz or Zeiss lenses, we have ND variable, we`ll control exposure. Show in display , OUTSIDE the actual film frame please: ISO, shutter speed and WB. Let us be able to change all that while in film mode.
An updated weatherproofed GRX body with articulated LCD, ability to hook the VF2 through 3 feet cable to the body, ( somebody even suggested ability to use second GRX body as a remote controler through the cable), ability to attach extra battery pack, all that would make it together with HD only unit a terrific combination.
I know, I know, I can hear the stuff like, if you want to film get RED or ALEXIA, RICOH is small company, there`s not enough interest to make it commercially viable and so on. Well, m-unit is a succes, isn`t it, despite Sony Nex and 4/3. Believe me I`ll be the one of the first customer. With it`s modular system Ricoh created unique system. With my suggestion it will really step out of the madning crowd.
P.S. I really wish somehow this would reach the ears and eyes of Ricoh decision making people.
