Sorry, i just watched now the invoice because i'm not the first owner and there isn't the vat id of the buyer so it should be a normal receipt of payment (ticket).
Therefore i should have 2 years of warranty (even the website where has been bought mention 24 months or the for european law) and will end next july, Now...how would you advide me to proceed to send my grd4 to the ricoh customers service?
Before you send the camera to service, I would suggest you to remove the battery form the camera and leave it like that for a day or two. This should discharge the internal battery. Then put the battery back and try to turn the camera OFF/ON again. If nothing helps, Ricoh/Pentax support is probably your only hope.
It's not working, i tried to to contact by mail ricoh uk and they told me to phone to local repair services but the problem, one repairs Pentax but not ricoh and the other doesn't exist anymore
Someone has some experience with official repair center of ricoh in europe?
