GR final image not matching my live view image preview.

Am I doing something wrong? Im scratching my head wondering why my low light images ( ive not really had a chance yet to check daylight images) are not matching the image or histogram I am seeing in the live view.
So, I typically, I am adjusting the exposure compensation, or some other value like ISO, Im looking at the screen and see an exposure and histogram that looks how I want it. Then, I look at the image taken and it seem about a stop brighter
on the histogram and image. I cant trust the preview.

Do all GRs act like this in low light or is it just mine? I very occasionally notice my Sony A7s can sometime behave like this in low light but it is infrequent. On my Ricoh GR this is happening all the time.
