Interesting location (roughly where?). The garden is even more overgrown than ours. The VDub helps give it a period feel. The compostion is interesting. So an interesting image that raises some questions (good). Please post more.

Thanks. This is in Candler Park neighborhood of Atlanta, which has a mix of beautifully restored Craftsman and Victorian properties, but also these great characteristic old family properties that hold on to the scrappy / crunchy attitude this area keeps holding on to.

Hey wogg,
I'm really diggin your B&W's!
Are these OOC B&W or are you converting in post?
Thanks!

I also like these very much, although I'm not usually a fan of B&W. Also would be interested to know if these are SOOC? Let's see more... (and color, too)

These above are both post process BW in LR. It lets me squeeze a bit more resolution and DR through color channel manipulation.
Especially in the first one, where the green channel really needs work (or a filter, if you are in camera), to draw tonal definition out of the plant life.

I'm still tweaking my ideal in camera BW settings for the GR.
Here's an early one from in camera JPG

This one's post in LR, though the subject would have worked ok in camera as well:
