Good evening, Harry, and everyone.
I am also from the UK and I have a GR IV Monochrome and Fujifilm X-T5.
I used to own Nikon cameras and have has a number of film cameras too (given to me by various kind people).
I'm not an electronics engineer but I am physicist of a sort. (I don't actually do any physics anymore … )
I'm can't say I'm any good at anything these days - but I try my hand at photography.
Thank you Harry for allowing me to attach myself to your post (without your permission, of course).
Best to you all,
Amro

Hello everyone !
I live in the UK, I am new here but not new to photography.
I have the GR III HDF and the new GR IV Monochrome....AND... the new Ricoh GF-2 flash.
I am also an electronics engineer and deep-dive into problems and solutions, so I will be sharing many topics GR related.
Hope to have many conversations with you all.
I am also a passionate film (manually changeable sensor, full-frame ofcourse...) photographer and shoot 35mm and 120mm black&white film.
I bought the GR IV monochrome to replicate the B&W film experience and workflow.
Regards
Harry
