Interesting how digital cameras loose the sense in colour images when they are attacked by strobe lights in intense single colours...the human brain still has a place in the world it seems! It all seemed very 'normal' when I watched it with the naked eye...
I did play with the colour correction a little, really just to produce 'feasible' combinations, but if one really wanted to create the outrageous then the opportunity certainly existed here!
I did give up on one image though, and opted for (almost) b&w... ;)

Andy, it looks that many "Wieners" were spending great moments in front of the "Rathaus". :)
Coloured artificial lights usually cause the photographer then enjoys the post-processing greatly. ;) Such conditions call for shooting into RAW.

Andy,

I like this set of photos, look's like everyone is having a good time.

#1 is my favourite, because of the movement of the skaters against a static background.

Keep up the good work!

David

Andy, I think you did a great job with the colors. I find the pictures have a lot of presence in them, and the "strange" colors is a part of that. I especially like #2 and #7 because of the close by faces. They feel like sort of over-the-shoulder anchor points that helps to make me feel present in the picture.

Thanks guys.
There was a good atmosphere there and therefore also a relaxed and fun place to be for the photographers! :)
But the cold really got me after a short while...probably because I wasn't skating of course!
