This just may be the ultimate Christmas tree. Not real, so I don't have to worry about cutting down the forests. Not the type of fake where you scratch your arms up trying to set up the tree. It seems ideal, but is it too pathetic a tree for the younger ones? What will my daughter will think when she gets home...?

  Yes, I think this is the ultimate Christmas tree! As for myself, I have a very small, out-of-the box, pre-decorated tree - I don't have kids so no need to worry about their disappointment  .

It is F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C !!!!!!! I want it... and if my child doesn't like he can always prepare the classic one... :D

I think its a good design for speed.
If you needed 25 Christmas trees this would be the type to have. Fast & easy to deploy. Pre decorated.

would not be for me .... as dont do them ;)
but agree that if one perhaps had no concern but to gain result of attraction with minimum time expended - then this mass machined factory idea would be of interest
thinking back when .... the tree dressing with pretty lights was a good family moment :)

Kort .

:D

Great idea. I can hear the ad saying you can easily pack it in a minute and store it under a sofa. :)

Marana,
Awesome work, :ugeek: -- it looks the part IMVHO and must be cheap to ship, so you are doing your part for the planet :D
Merry Christmas!

BTW: what ISO did you use?

Heh, nothing for me ;) I personally never got the idea of artificial tree. It's the same like artificial fireplace with plastic logs ;) They just don't smell like a real tree and simply I love that small. I can't imagine Christmas without the smell of a real tree. And in the end, I think the artificial trees are worse to environment than the real trees, simply because all that plastic material they are made of. True, real trees are grown just for the purpose of Christmas. But it's not like they are suddenly cut down in the woods and not replaced with new trees. And because they need at least few years to grow up, they produce a lot of oxygen during that time, which cannot be said about the artificial trees. But I agree it's quick and effort-less to build and decorate one. And you don't have to throw away serious money each Christmas ;)

Wow, it would suit me perfectly but the wife wouldn't have it, as it would strip her of the many days of pleasure (pure hell for me) she derives from dressing, re-dressing and adjusting her tree to perfection.

And.............She's a Buddhist... :?: :? :?:
