It is like a caterpillar. Taken at Bertiz(Navarra), a wet place full of bugs, and mushrooms

This is a most unusual creature. Perhaps the hairs are white because it normally exists in snow or sand conditions. Combined with the green body its something I have never seen before. Thanks for posting.

I believe it is a caterpillar. Some time back I met its relative coloured in poisonous yellow (both its body and hair) combined with black (its body only), if I remember it correctly, also here in North Slovakia when collecting mushrooms in the forest.
