"POWER UP!"
This is my entry for the December contest. The subject is a bodybuilder I know, working out on a machine at the gym where we are both members. After the contest title was posted, I started looking up everywhere, and this setting struck me as having a strong visual potential. I asked my friend to let me photograph him during one of his workouts, and he was kind enough to oblige. I like the way the powerful lines of his body stand out from the more angular lines of the machine and the room in the background. Shot with the B&W in-camera setting. Other than resizing for upload, there was no other processing. Camera on a tripod. Ken
