I really like the wooden grip. The price of grip replacement service is set to 5,775yen. I'm curious if this service will be available also to use non-Japanese folks?

From the published comparisons, the GRD4 NR and gradation seems to be noticeably improved over the GRDIII. It would be interesting to make a real world comparison

It seems a technical improvement. I will definitely be buying one or two. I was going to wait for them to reach the second hand market, but I'll probably pick up a white limited edition on the dealer waitlist and then get a black one second hand later.

I am waiting for just this as well as some other info, like the banding issue, etc. This camera is not that different but there are a few differences that may make it worth to consider an upgrade.
