CX3 Portugal Photographs

I've just had a week to get to know the CX3 properly and I've loved it. I had an opportunity to handle about 40 compact cameras in a large electronics shop and I have to say they all felt very inferior in terms of build quality ( sloppy loose dials/plastic construction etc ).

It took very good images even at 300mm and I've loved using the miniature mode for fun. It felt robust and the battery life is fantastic. I'll post more pics as soon as I can.

One thing I wish I could do is have different ADJ button settings for MY1 and MY2.

Nice photos! You definitely found a very good use for Miniature mode! I wish there would be an option to alter the image settings in the Miniature mode. I found the defaults a bit too saturated for my taste.

BTW, this sand art look fantastic! A lot of hard work put into something as evanescent as sand.

Thanks Pavel. I wonder if they deliberately over saturate the colours in that mode to make it even more toy like?
