The answer to poor high ISO performance...low ISO, deep breathing and a steady hand?

Still dreaming of a better high-ISO output camera though...

Very nice smooth light, and some space for shaking... good result! 1/25 sec is still "handy" (I'm sure I could phrase this a little better?), but how about spot meetering on the bright areas? Maybe you could get some more speed? I also like to keep ISO as low as possible and rarely go up from 64...
