Chords Bridge. Not sure if this should be in "Landscapes/Architecture" category. But this is kind of "streetshot" anyway.

Really great shot Jani, quite a dynamic image, I love the way the light has caught the wires and they taper off.
Its a strong graphic with the human element very curious.
Quite a surreal image.

That is a photograph which contains almost everything it needs to be timeless...a real stunner!
I love the way the eye is first taken to the stark white platform and the two characters dressed in black...very science fiction...it leaves you wondering what you are really looking at until the buildings behind are identified and all is revealed.
This would not be out of place in any book of photographic art.
Likewise, well done!
Were the guys on the bridge a coincidence, or was this 'staged'? (If you don't mind me asking!)

There was kind of sci-fi feeling because bridge looks so modern but many people walking on the bridge had traditional black/white clothing.

I walked through the bridge at night - stopped at the end of the bridge and started to take photos. I was pointing my camera to the top of the bridge - I guess it seemed that I was taking photos from the lamp but thanks to 24mm wide it was possible to capture whole bridge.
So nothing was 'staged' - it is just a 'point and shoot' photo.

I have serie of photos from these people walking on the bridge. Many photos failed because of "ghosting" effect - it was quite a dark and I tried to avoid noise with lower ISOs.

I had to look twice, first I thought you photographed a painting...
Has a nice 3d look, and still it somewhat reminds me of a SciFi Book.

Very sci-fi like photo! I like it! Nice streetphoto with very good lightning and composition. I believe you posted it in the June contest but then you changed your decision and replaced it with current "Angel"?

Yes, I posted this first but could't make a decision between this and "Angel" so I ended up to change this to "Angel".

Well, now I think this is much better than current "Angel".

So hard to make decisions some times. :roll:

I might give a second chance for one of these photos if you have a "sci-fi" contest in future....

Cool shot! Almost kind of "cosmic" feel with good contrast to the "normal" buildings. Well done!
