today is the famous Black Friday. Many dealers and software companies do offer special discounts. It is worth it to research and compare prices.
Whatever you find and what sounds interesting to you, you can post here with links.

DXO in the Elite version is famous for its noise reduction and lens correction besides the usefulness as a RAW developer. Normally the promotions are on black fridays the best deals for DXO products. Might be worth for GR users.
Also Capture One does offer black friday deals on Capture One 23. BUT please compare more in depth with C1, because depending on where you buy, you might get better deals than on the C1 website.
C1 has the advantage, that they do offer both, subscription and lifetime licence. You pick what you prefer. You have a choice compared to Lightroom.
So check also the websites of Adorama, B&H or your preferred dealer for better deals on C1. Sometimes C1 itself sends out newsletters with different promotions with different prices of the same product in the same week.
Normally upgrades on C1 should cost around 150 €/USD, first time purchases around 190€/USD. If it is more expensive, search for a different dealer/seller.
