Beach House

A pleasant one, Andy. Such a blue sky cannot exist. Look outside.
By the way, where are the visitors? On another beach?

Peter,
I have to say we were lucky with the weather! I received sun-burn on the first day and when I went shopping for sunblock none was available because it was never normally required! :?
This was a private beach... :) However, due to the shortage of umbrellas and beach chairs, all the other beaches were empty too! ;)

Nice capture, nice color, nice clear sky, feel like going there. :o

nice one love the composition with the wall and the wave line

yeah, I agree here. The image evokes lots of thoughts about what it would be like to live with the sound of waves lapping. I'd sleep well there I rekon!

Thanks guys. These are places from childhood dreams and story books...I am always surprised when I find out they actually exist! :)

I feel like going back!
But just in case you think it was all blue skies, take a look... ;)
Andy

PS are these double crescent sandy beaches found in other parts of the world? In Shetland they are called 'tombolas'...

Andy,

Very nice photo, the colour & composition are great in these grey days.

The red window on the left catched my eye, and makes a nice balance to the beach & waves.
