Adobe LR AI Enhance not working with GRIII DNG files

Adobe Lightroom AI Enhance Noise Reduction works great with other camera raw files,
but it does not work at all with Ricoh GRIII DNG raw files, there is no noise reduction.

Does anyone know why?
Is at a Ricoh problem or an Adobe problem?

DNG files from DJI work great with Adobe AI so it isn't a DNG problem.

This has been an unsolved issue for a long time. Apparently a Ricoh problem.

Lightroom Denoise not working on GR3

Does anyone know what Ricoh is doing to fix the problem that prevents Lightrooms excellent Denoise feature working on their files? On August 17th an Adobe rep claimed it was the camera maker that needed to do some work.
